Disgusting service from Nedbank

If there were a minus zero star rating, Nedbank would deserve it!!! Their call centre agents are so rude, we were shouted at and had the call dropped in our ear! I would never do business with this bank, they are quick to advertise how good and caring they are but what they do not tell you is you get treated like trash for no reason whatsoever! Sies!!!!! They are also unwilling to resolve issues or reprimand an agent for his disgusting behaviour! for a supposedly huge bank, they should be ashamed of themselves!
