Disgusting Service

This is the worst bank ever, hogging my hard earned money in the name of fica block. I have done my part and supp**** the documents requested and after several calls just to be advised that I again have to go to the bank to prove my source of funds IN MY WORKING HOURS THAT I CANT AFFORD TO DO! What highest ******* is that, the same company paid last month and the reference is obviously the same so how you questioning the source of income and it's not even like I have millions in my account, people you are supposed to chase you are not.

Your company put me in a bad situation just because of your poor communication/training in your company. All I want is my money!!!
