Disgusting service
The service at this branch is horrible, it’s worse than government service. I went the bank on Wednesday it was packed no consultants I left came back on Saturday it was packed with only 2 consultants. They even manipulating system they don’t issue the tickets they sit us in a line. They service is disgusting. The consultants are rude

The service there is horrible they shouting names Mam Lungi there are no tickets they shouting like we are in the streets, Portia whose next they are not professional. I got assist by Brenda and Lebo rude no client service whatsoever they worse than government service
