Disgusting Service

So I wrote my experience with nedbank and my ***** case a week ago. Later that day I receive a massage saying I bought from Temo with the previous mentioned amount and the transaction took long to process and I should query with them. Now here's the joke, the amount mentioned in the 3 purchases I have made with Temu have never been that amount, the case number resolved as my case number is wrong, the dates are wrong, and all of a sudden my cards are Cancelled, which was something that had to be done on the day I opened the case. Ooh don't bother calling their *********** ***** department Noone ever answers there. Waiting for your call Nedbank. You better call me back. I'm tired of calling you. Please make my case easier with your lawyer threats so I can also build my case.
