Disgusting service

Nedbank needs to focus more on customer service! For example…..do not block an 89 year olds account on the day he has bills to pay without any notification. You lot make me sick!!!!! Now he must go into a branch and stay there for an hour to FICA his account something that should take 10 minutes because you always short staffed too.

Improve on your service for goodness sake.
