Disgusting service by Nedbank

After a 5 year investment of my hard earned money. Nedbank does not want to release my money following maturity. I gave them instructions not only once. And that was two months in advanced. They decided that they will invest my money in a 32 days notice without my approval because apparently that’s how they encourage client to reinvest the money. I spoke to Charles who told me that I have to wait for 32 days or get penalise for early release. This is after maturity. I asked Charles to transfer me to the complaint department and I was assigned to Donald Komo (client manager). Since he promised that my complaint will be resolved on the 13/04/2021. I am still waiting even today. I sent him numerous emails and I called. All I get is he stepped out. The maturity date was on the 13/04/2021 almost a week later I’m still waiting. Nedbank I want my Nedbank!!!!
