Disgusting service by Nedbank

Was at a nedbank atm friday to withdraw some cash, my transaction was declined due to a auth code: zy institution not available. On my second attempt the cash came out but showed 2 withdrawals. I immidiately contacted Nedbank but still today the matter has not been resolved and have heard anything from Nedbank. This is my last month banking with them.
