DISGUSTING SERVICE

So I paid off my Nedbank personal loan in 2024 February, till today I am waiting for a paid up letter with the correct account number as it hasn't been updated on Transunion. every single time I call I get different issues and excuses. I paid up your account how is it fair that I have to go through a dozen consultants, some who are extremely rude just to get assistance. I had the same problem with my car now its a loan. if this is how you guys treat your customers I am appalled.
