Disgusting service

I have had the worst experience you can imagine with this bank,I haven't had a bank card since 2019 November,there system is always done at festival mall or waiting for 2hours and the card was sent to another mall,as well as them being very quick to log onto my itc that I have not paid my credit card in 3months in August knowing that I have been wanting to close all my accounts and cannot access my banking app as I have no card to use
