Disgusting service at Nedbank Oribi Plaza

What a horrible experience today at Nedbank Oribi Plaza. We wanted to open a club account and Shamica chased us away saying club members need to have an individual bank account with Nedbank in order to be able to open a club account. This is something that we were not told when we made an appointment. We are aware that the sales bankers are lazy to open such accounts as they are a lot of work and there is a lot of FICA. This is unnacceptable.
