Disgusting service and worst bank ever

I received a call from a call center lady and she advised me to switch to Nedbank. I did as she offered me good benefits. I switched my salary as well. I went to Burgersfort branch to confirm if I was indeed switched. I wasn't assisted at all.

On my pay day I can't access my salary nor pay bills. I have been on the phone with pathetic call center agents who didn't assist me also. I couldn't even use my card at the atm because the pin that was offered to me is incorrect. Now my debit orders have bounced and I'm charged for something that's not even my fault. Stay away from Nedbank. Employees are pathetic as well as the service.
