Disgusting Service

Hi,

I complain to Nedbank Insurance about my personal details being divulged to a 3rd party without my consent in an email 9 (NINE) days ago.

Today I get an email saying: "we have sent an email to our marketing department to assist..."

Seriously, it's taken them 9 days to read my email and then pass it onto some other department.

Time to find another service provider!
