DISGUSTING SERVICE

Disgusting service from a so called best bank, no no no, their service is ridiculous. Every agent who tries to assist says the matter has been escalted, but no concrete feedback. I made a swift payment from my Nedbank Money app which was unprocessed, however the payment came from my current balance, and no one at Nedbank have a clue what happened.
