Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted with the nauseating service that Nedbank vehicle insurance is giving me. These people have had my car for 3 full weeks, however there is still no assessment report and not only that, but it is also my duty to call them if i want any form of update on the claim. I have never had such horrible service from an insurer. All they do is apologize and promise to update you the following day, which obviously never happens. I am at a point where i feel they should just return my car so and stop wasting my time because it clearly seems as though they are just on a mission to inconvenience their clients.
