Disgusting service

For the past 2 months Nedbank has been taking month end debit order whenever they feel. My loan agreements were signed to be debited at the end of each month yet any money I receive in my account to see to my family's needs during the month gets taken. The 1st time they told me it would be credited back within 2 hours. After speaking to 7 different managers and numerous phone calls at my expense, no one was able to assist. All i got was one rude branch manager after the next. The money was eventually returned more than a week later. Then again on the 12th for the end of march which had to credited back. Today for the 3rd time they have just taken their money for march month end debit orders. I want this money credited back to my acc TODAY still since its clear that simple agreements and promises made by Nedbank cannot be kept. As soon as I get my money back from this *********** institution i will take my affairs elsewhere and I will not recommend anyone to ever use nedbank as I have only dealt with plain rude unhelpful people who have **** to me.
