Disgusting service

Nedbank lying and sending you messages that you owe money on loans when it's up to date when you asked to be called or speak to managers they tell you no they can't and they are not very helpful to solve the problem or suggest they will escalate the unnecessary sms. Their services are disgusting, with every time you call them they tell you something else more new lies. The complaints department don't even respond to your mail or calls.
