Disgusting Service

I have been asked to FICA at least 4 times in 1 year , which is NOT normal!!! I bought a car in May with MFC , surely FICA was done then??? My account has now been blocked for 2 days , and NOBODY can tell me exactly why ? I did not receive and SMS / email regarding FICA - NOTHING!!! Spent 1 1/2 hours at mall of Africa branch yesturday , and they cannot even tell me exactly what is wrong with my profile. It is month end , i have bills to pay , food to buy etc and I am stuck!!!! this is totally UNACCEPTABLE , I have been a Nedbank customer for over 30 years . clearly i am not worthy. DISGUSTING!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING
