Disgusting Service

I have been getting bad service from Nedbank. To start with there's 2 debit orders from Relcomed FNBD which went off. I might as well take my business to a bank were I know I will be protected. on my account in August.. I don't know who these people are and when I googled them I could not find them. I called Nedbank to get some information about this and to reverse these debit orders and all the could tell me they cant and they wont be able to block these people from debiting my account. All i can say they cant protect my money that I entrusted them with. So anyone can come and debit my money anytime and there's nothing they can do about as my bank.
