Disgusting service

I've been to the bank to cancel my credit card. No one inside the bank is able to assist. You literally have to spend hours on the phone, waiting for someone to assist you in vain. I once got through, paid the settlement amount, but then have to make another phone call. Something that's IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE TRIED ABOUT 5 TIMES, GOING THERE. Just to receive a statement today, with more charges. How the ****!!!
