DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have just been to NEDBANK Cape Gate branch. The bank opens 5 minutes late and there are about 30 people standing in a queue outside the bank. When you enter to collect a ticket the person issuing the tickets runs from cubicle to cubical to find out whether they will assist the clients. What is even more pathetic is that there are only 2 tellers available. A real PATHETIC setup with absolutely no concerns for their clients. I will NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS ORGANISATION, they are the pits, wasting your time.
