Disgusting service

I made arrangements with Hammond Pole Attorneys to settle my Nedbank Personal Loan, which I kept to the bargain.

I received my paid up letter. Now Nedbank sends me Statements stating that I still owe them. I want this sorted ASAP as there seems to be no end with this and Hammond Pole Attorneys are not responding to any of my mails.
