Disgusting service

Nedbank’s service is disgusting, zero empathy and zero patience. The manager did not even try to hear MY side of the story, instead she/he was just listening to the VERY same person who did not care. She even went as far as saying that Hello Peter is not going to help, that just tells you that they don’t it take serious. Wow
