Disgusting service

Morning<br> <br> I am so disgusted about Nedbank service especially being their new client.<br> <br> Firstly I opened a credit card using their call center channel - wrong banking details were loaded. Only to receive smses that my credit card is in arrears hence banking details were provided for the debit order.<br> <br> Secondly, I opened a cheque account at the branch and after 3 days its still inactive. What was the point if opening this account???<br> <br> <br> <br>
