DISGUSTING SERVICE!

I paid off my personal loan on 10 June 2022 and was provided with a paid up letter from Nedbank but every month they keep sending information to the credit bureau that I am one month in arrears. I was promised that this will be sorted out by the 3rd on November, today is the 8th of November and nothing has changed.
