Disgusting service

I made applications for a credit card the end of July and everytime I phone to confirm the status they advise its fully verified but with underwriters This is disgusting. It's been 2 months and I was advised 10days for approval and collection of my card. I would like this to be sorted out asap because I haven't once been apologized to nor calls returned.
