Disgusting Service!!!

Disgusted by Nedbank Service is a understatement! i had issues with my acc and Pocketpos, i have transactions that was done on the 20 May, its now the 28th and the money is still not reflecting on my bank statement! Ive been to 2 meetings and no one can give me any explanations as to where it is- one good thing that did come out of it, is i then did some investigations of my own, went on to the history of my Pocketpos and found many discrepancies, charges and honfees that i call \theft". I'm currently sitting with 2 references and still nothing has been done"
