Disgusting service

What a disgusting service ever, On the 21 Dec 2021 someone ***** my Account. i called Nedbank to close my account and they didn't do it, i then call on the 22 dec 2021 to check if my account and banking App was closed but nothing was done on my Account or App. I asked to speak to the manager who promised to call and never care to call, i then call back but still NO help.

On the 3rd Jan 2022 called wanted to open my account and App, I was told to go to the branch, at the branch then referred me to call center, NOBODY can help or fix my App, i even spoke to your stupid App specialist still no help.

I'm really frustrated with the service and Please do you Investigations before you call me and listen to all the calls i made.

This is really RIDICULOUS, I'm tired with the back and forth from the call center to the branch*Protea Glen. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STUFF.
