DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

I HAVE NEVER BANKED WITH NEDBANK AND NEVER WILL I!!!!! a friend of mine sent me money via mobi send on the 2 October around 6.30, few minutes after transacting she got a call from someone claiming to be calling from nedbank just to confirm that she did make a transaction from her app, her not knowing that’s it’s a **** she confirmed some of her details, few seconds later after the call she could log on her app, fast forward , I advised her to go to bank , when she got there she realized that these people had ****** all her salary, I tried to withdraw the mobi money to no avail, I even went as far as calling the bank was later told that my number has been listed as a number involved in ********** activities, to my surprise when my friend when to the bank, she did tell them that my number was someone’s number that she knows that’s the reason why she transacted that morning! Fast forward time, I never got that money only 48 hours later they refunded my friend, and she gave me the cash!!! Now this past Saturday another friend sends me mobi money again!!! Tried to get pin from the *120*002# it kept on saying ‘ something went wrong on our side, try again later for help call ***!!!Gosh not again, I called the bank, stupid consultant says I must get the person that sent me money to do it on their side!!’ Realy???? How stupid is that!!!!! I literally cut the call on his ear, an hour later I called again! Now BOOM!!!! Consultant says something different, my number has been listed as a number that does ********** activities with nedban****! ***??!!? I’m very very passed off with NEDBANK AND WANT TO RECTIFY THIS ASAP SINCE MY CRLL NUMBER IS RICAD AND IV BEEN DONE ANY ********** ACTIVITIES EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!
