Disgusting response from Nedbank

I had my cellphone ****** and they got into my Nedbank money app and cleaned me out, the reponse from Nedbank ***** division is disgusting. They told me it would take 4/6 weeks for the investigation, it has now been 11 weeks. I was given the name of the investigating officer to whom I have sent several e-mails with no reponse, also many phone calls and on three occasions being told a manager would call me back and once again nothing. It's very concerning that people can access your bank account and do transactions that you are not able to do yourself and Nedbank don't care.
