Disgusting, pathetic, rude, indifferent and callous managers

Disgusting service from the management at Head Office. I supp**** them all the information they needed to investigate and resolve my concerns. I received 1 phone call from a lady who promised me that she would email me so that I could get her email address and submit other information that she needed. Unfortunately she is a ****. I say so because she didn't get back to me, nor did she send the promised email. So why LIE! If she didn't want to resolve the problem, why call? And the problem has still not been resolved. So a half baked, pathetic attempt is not called resolving. Then someone emailed me, another gentleman, but he too didn't have the courtesy to respond to my email, so it shows that ALL Nedbank employees are trained to be rude, arrogant, indifferent and with a poor attitude. Gosh Nedbank you really employ the staff from the bottom of the trash can. That filthy foul mouthed woman from Bluff branch has also not be reprimanded or disciplined for her action. Instead I was told she is such a wonderful woman, like an Angel. What? So your employees are saints who can never do any wrong???
