Disgusting Nedbank

The worst service ever from nedbank contact center. I’ve eccidentally sent money to a wrong telephone number and after few minutes I realized that I made a mistake, I called nedbank hoping they will assist me and I was told they is nothing they can do. ****** service... with other banks they can reverse that transaction. I’m done with this disgusting Bank called Nedbank. I’m closing my account. I’m still waiting for them to help me since Friday
