Disgusting customer service

I had a bad experience from Nedbank in Alex mall yesterday on the 08/08/2020, the lady who was working at teller 13, had most disgusting attitude towards clients, wanted to open a new account but she wasn't interested to help me, they must teach me customer service and she was busy with her cell phone
