Disgusting customer service

Disgusting service offered by nedbank. I called last month to close keyona account because I get getting charges on the account even though i don't use it. I settled the account and asked to close but i was shocked when i checked this morning thar the account is still open and i got charged again.. I am not pleased with their service at all because i had to call again this morning to find out what's going on. The consultant who was assisting couldn't even give me answers and he felt like he needed to transfer me to thr one who was assisting. That's unacceptable because not only are they wasting my time but my airtime as well.,i asked to speak to the manager and he told me to hang up so the manager can call me back. It's been an hour and i haven't received any call.

I'm disgusted with your service and how you handle your customer's financial matters.
