Disgusting customer service

A constants battle! These people are severely *********** and honestly I think a bunch of ***** a *********. Iv been struggling my husband's been struggling, they give conflicting answers and nobody know anything about anyone's previous conversation! I'm getting together with more than 100 people to sign a petition to get an Investigation done due to sever sever incompetence!
