Profuse SICKENING service with Nedbank customer service. I spent more than 150.00 of my airtime on Thursday the 5th may to cancel my Greenbacks Rewards card. To my shock today, when the glen branch calls them today seeing that I've not received the SMS confirming cancelation, I'm told my information was not submitted by the agent to finalize cancelation

Disgusting and I'm also escalating this matter to Dion Brown office
