disgusting cosmo mall nedbank and its staff

I am very disappointed by Nedbank Cosmo city mall. The attitude that the manager and some of the colleague have is unbearable. I went to deposit money and the machine went off without getting notification that I did receive the money. the lady that was helping me logged a case which i am still waiting even today to receive my money. I called Nedbank as provide the ref number only to find out that the case was logged incorrectly. WHAT A WASTE. Nedbank cosmo city DO NOT HAVE customer service now i have to wait again to get my money
