Disgusting call centre service

Nedbank has shocking contact centre agent service. I have been trying to make an appointment with a branch (I tried Orange Farm and Southgate) telephonically to open a stokvel account. I called in today to get assistance as I have been waiting 24 hours for the branch representatives to get back to me. This agent I spoke to Khensani has the audacity to ask me why I am making it their problem that THEIR representatives don' t answer their phones. As usual when you ask for a manager they are all always busy in "conferences". I read on Nedbank's horrible service. Didn't expect to experience it so soon. Disgusting!
