DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND BUSINESS PRACTICE BY NEDBANK

I have been listed on Experian by Nedbank Credit card. I called them for them to give me a letter to confirm that I am paying and am sticking to the arrangement. I spoke to Lorenzo in legal who was extremely arrogant and rude to me. He transferred me to a department that doesn't even have access to my file as he didn't care to speak to me. I am not a ******** and do not appreciate being treated like one by Nedbank. Your staff are rude and your business practices are underhanded.
