Disgusting and pathetic service! DONT EVER CONSIDER NEDBANK HOMELOANS

If I could I would have given 0 stars!!

Anyone in the market for a home loan, DO NOT CONSIDER NEDBANK - any type of saving/benefit they offer you will be wiped from your memory by the most disgusting service ever! Not to mention, they will debit your account a month earlier than the debit order start date. Promise you a refund and then not pay it back. Tell you they will phone you, never actually do. Tell you they will send you an email, never actually do. You will log a formal complaint to get this resolved, they still won’t phone or email, instead they will close your complaint and mark it as resolved. Imagine my shock and horror to realise this is how they treat customers that’s been with them for over 20 years. Disgusting and pathetic!!
