Disgusting and bad service

I had an unpleasant experience today with one the bank consultants named Kgaogelo in the Chris Hani mall branch,I went to the atm to withdraw and the error received was “card restricted “when I was in panic and asked what it meant he said he doesn’t like my tone and has every right to refuse to help me as the branch was already closed,I was really disappointed and immediately asked myself why I’m still banking with an institution that expects me to beg them for assistance
