Disgusting

I have had an arrangement with Nedbank Personal loan before the lock down to only pay R900 instead of R1867 2 days ago my wife deposited money into my account as her card was expired so she can use it at the shop Then Nedbank came abd and took the installment of R1867 not even the arranged installment dont forget my pay date is only last day of the month

Its disappointing that Nedbank in this time of a epidemic still be so inconsiderate. I called into the call center and the consultant promised me that the debit will be reverse still to date its not reversed I even tried to request a payment holiday they said they can't

I am so disgusted with Nedbank
