Disgusted with your customer service!

Nedbank in Kenilworth Center has poorest customer service. They DO NOT live up to their 59 second acknowledge bull****. No one came to greet, smile and even direct. We waited for over 15 minutes until someone came only to be told they don't provide the service we required. As a matter of fact one consultant was on her phone while we were seated, waiting. She kept on talking about streaming a series online with her colleague -who was also talking about statuses on WhatsApp, laughing out loud. No greeting or acknowledgement. Talk about incompetence. What a disgrace. Disgusted with these guys!!!!
