Disgusted with the service from Nedbank

I called nedbank home loans department several times. The consultant answer put you through and phone rings, no one answers, call gets disconnected. Happens all the time. Today 2022/08/03 called at 11am. Langa answered, explained needed a statement, said hold on and waited for 25 minutes. Eventually he said will call me back after 5 minutes, which never happened. I'm frustrated and disgusted as to how we are treated by Nedbank.
