Disgusted with service at Nedbank

Nedbank building insurance is the worst. I have unpaid claims and bad workmanship from their contractors. They never get back.my latest I logged a claim in January for my roof and to date has nobody come out and various calls to them. They have a dont care attitude towards pple that pays on time. I dont advise anybody to take insurance with Nedbank. I have claims going back to 2016 that im still fighting for and mire damages caused by Nedbank contractors
