Disgusted with NetBank

I had the worst call with my netbank loan department.... I'm currently pregnant and going on maternity leave soon. I called my bank to let them know that I'm going on maternity leave and I would like them to assist me to put my loan on freeze or on hold because I won't be getting a salary at all because I'm in retail and with my company is no work no pay. I am going to apply for uif but with the pandemic happening I don't know when I'll even be receiving uif because I know people have been waiting for months. Netbank currently telling me that they can assist me but I would have to pay my full amount and the outstanding amount that's like paying double the amount as I'm already not getting a full salary from my company and my bank don't even care about my well being and I've never skipped a month since I had my loan and my insurance don't cover maternity either.... I've been with this bank for 5 year's and always had the best service and right now I don't feel like a valued customer and to put me under so my pressure regarding my loan and I got a family to look after also. I'm really disgusted with NETBANK RIGHT NOW
