DISGUSTED with Nedbank

Totally disgusted with service from Nedbank with regard to expiring credit and debit cards. No notification of cards at the branch (which had moved with no notification) so cards sent back. Numerous calls to the call centre with either no assistance or being cut off. Being given different information every time and still no resolution. I am now without cards for the fourth day after expiry, debit orders are bouncing, I cannot believe the lack of care to sort this out timeously. Cannot seem to speak to a supervisor, get cut off.
