DISGUSTED WITH NEDBANK

Am very disappointed with Nedbank. I made a deposit of 5k on my Nedbank account on the 27Jan 2020 at Midrand boulders . The machine had a technical error. I received an resit information me I must go in the branch. I went in the consultation **** to me. He said the money is reflecting on their side it will reflect on my account soon I must wait till to day it hasn't reflected. On Tuesday I went to Mall of Africa to enquire regarding this. I waited 2hours to be assisted. It took the lady 1 hour to log a claim for my money. She was very unprofessional and rude. Since Tuesday no updated from Nedbank.. so that's how you guys treat your clients?
