Disgusted with Nedbank

My younger sister needed a bank account. So we decided on nedbank. She did not have proof of adress so I provided the details for her. We communicated to the assistant that the account was for her and that I was only providing the adress so that she can open the account. However,it was processed as my account. So it had my details such as the identification number but it was her signature and contact number. It was a huge mix up.We continued with the account as is, as money urgently needed to be deposited in the account and also she could not close the acount and did not have another account opened. So my sister was using the account since February and receiving her stipend of R910 every end of month. And then the problem arises.I had a personal loan taken out with nedbank in 2012. It was not settled and has not been settled. So my sister was receiving her money,in the account that is in my name, every month wthout a problem. However this month ,September, money was taken out of the account,an amount of R329.26.Nedbank gave the reasoning that the amount that was taken was for the personal loan taken out in 2012.Dispite the fact that it is a different account they took money from .They gave no notification of their intention to do so and the notification of the transaction of R329.26 only came through on the friday 02 september when the money was missing from the account the day before already, thursday 01 september. I understand that they are owed money but they did not request my permission nor did they notify me of the transaction before it occured. I do not believe that they followed correct procedure. The money that comes into the account is my sister's ,the company that deposits the money to her has the account details that is under my name as her bank account details. I do not blieve that nedbank had authorisation or the right to do what they did. After speaking to nedbank consultants, its seems that they believe that what has occured is acceptable and correct.Nedbank consultants are ****y a believe what they did was right and they telling me I cnnot reverse this transaction. I feel like I am being bul**** and nw I am being told I need to povide proof of my sister using this account. I have to run after the money and I feel this is so unfair!
