Disgusted with lack of communication

Can someone please sort out something called EMI nedbank sending letters, SMSs about Fica which no one at the bank, agents, etc know anything about. I lost my phone & went into Nedbank changed my cell number & updated everything. What the hell is going on? I even wrote to Nedbank head office no result. Nit good enough.
