DISGUSTED SERVICE FROM NEDBANK!!

A normal debit order went off my account for my credit card I have with Nedbank which is completely understandable. Then coming to find they deduct their normal admin fee etc. But NO amount reflects in my credit card and also is not stated on my statements etc. as to why there is no amount left in my credit card, after deducting from my account which is obviously for the cause of paying off my credit card!!!

Then I made a payment into my Home Loan Account, emailed Proof Of Payment with my Home Loan Reference Number to Nedbank - ***

Then I receive an email 13 July 2023 from Isaac Rapuleng ***, noting in the email that they traced an incorrect payment into the Nedbank Home Loans Account - which was what I made payment for, my Home Loan Account and now they are going to put that money into my credit card which it's not supposed to be for in the first place!!!!

After stating that it's for my Home Loan with my Home Loan reference number!!!!

Nedbank!!!! You need to sort your staff out ASAP and the service provided because right now it's up to S****

Now I, as a client, need to do your staff's f**** jobs to sort this s**** out!!!

So it would be fair to now tell you to pay me a salary for sorting out stuff that your staff needs to do on their end which they were employed for,but failing to do of which they are getting paid for, right??? Yet they get paid now for what??? If they are not even doing their jobs properly after all the information are given to them neccessary to complete their task!!!

NOW, my credit record also gets f***** up because your NEDBANK staff FAILED to do their jobs CORRECTLY yet again!!!!

Oh and then to top it all off, when Isaac Rapuleng sends me an email he cc's an email address ***

What has my private accounts and policies got to do with the outside world!!!! So to my knowledge there is a MASSIVE ***** going on left right and center

I even requested a call back on my response to Isaac and still no phonecall!!!

I am expecting the CEO to call me ASAP ***

I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EVEN THINK OF REFERRING ANYONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TAKING OUT A HOME LOAN, NOTHING WITH NEDBANK, I am absolutely DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM NEDBANK!!!

I WILL HAVE MY STUFF SORTED OUT BY NEDBANK ASAP, COME HELL OR HIGH WATER, IMMEDIATELY AND I AMNOT GOING TO DO ANYONE'S JOB FOR NEDBANK, DO WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND EMPLOYED TO DO!!!
